How To Use Our Services
Call us at the number above or email us at [email protected] and give us your contact info. We will send you our introductory email. We will also file your documents at the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations in the Department of State (no charge) and, for a small additional fee, we can run the publications required for foreign CORPORATIONS.
Complete on screen (see UPDATE below) or print and fill in the Initial Information Agreement and fax it to us (Note: The email option on the form only works if you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat). Let us know if you would like us to file your documents. This can be a real time saver especially when you consider that a high percentage of filings not submitted with the help of an attorney are rejected. We can find and fix many common problems before submission, and if the document is still rejected, we can help you correct the problems and resubmit the filing at no additional charge.
We can file documents that have been emailed or faxed to us for a much faster turn around time. We will need your credit card information for the state filing fee and for our first year fee. See step 4 for the credit card info that we need or merely use the Online Payment feature to pay via PayPal.
Submit payment using our Online Payment feature (PayPal) or fax us your credit card information (we accept MC/Visa/Discover/Amex). We do need the following information:
Card Expiration Date
CV2 Code on back of card (last three digits)
Billing Street #s only
Billing zip code
Fax or e-mail us the forms if you would like us to file them (E-mail is preferred). It is recommended that you do NOT use the State's on-line interview filing process as that method results in a great number of rejected applications. As stated above it would be best to use our free filing service so if, by some chance, your filing does get rejected we can help you fix it up and get it resubmitted.
You can fax us everything at once or in stages. Whichever is easier for you.
NOTE: We do not handle applications at other state agencies, such as Revenue, Insurance, Banking, Professional & Occupational Affairs, etc. Our statutorily defined function is to accept service of process. We are not a general mailing address. See the drop down menu above under "What is a C.R.O.P.?"
